About the Role: As a Care Team Leader, your responsibilities may include mentoring and managing a team of support staff, identifying training needs, leading the development of support plans, managing rosters, and participating in review meetings. You will also provide practical assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and promoting a positive, active, and healthy lifestyle for the individuals you support. This position is full-time, and senior staff members are expected to participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis. As a senior staff member, you will be expected to assist with covering shifts as needed. Requirements: To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting individuals in a care setting,
- Experience in leading teams within a social care environment,
- To have or be working towards your SVQ Level 3,
- A full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
