As a Support Worker, you'll work closely with our teams to provide person-centred care, supporting individuals with mental health concerns, autism, and physical disabilities to live independently in their own homes. About the Role

We're recruiting for a Male Support Worker to join our team in Edinburgh. You'll support 6 gentlemen with mental health concerns, autism, and physical disabilities to live independently in their own homes. The men we support enjoy a wide range of activities, including socialising, watching movies, shopping, cooking, sports, music, and travelling. However, they're always up for trying new things, so we're looking for inventive people who are up for the challenge.

Experience of Positive Behaviour Support would be beneficial, but we'll provide the training you need to ensure you're successful in your role. In this team, you can expect to support individuals with medication administration, cooking and home maintenance, social support, and finance management. Our shift patterns can vary, but are generally 8am-10pm, 9am-7pm, 8am-2.30pm, 2.30pm-10pm, and 10pm-8am (sleepover).
