About the Role: As a Care Team Leader, your responsibilities may include:
- Managing and mentoring a team of support staff.
- Identifying training needs and leading the development of support plans.
- Overseeing rota management and participating in review meetings.
- Providing practical assistance with daily living, personal care, and promoting a positive, active, and healthy lifestyle for the individuals you support.
This position is full-time, and we require drivers with access to their own vehicles due to travel needs. Senior staff members are expected to take on on-call duties on a rotational basis and assist with covering shifts as necessary. We encourage you to utilize the application questions to showcase your understanding of the role and the expectations of a Care Team Leader.
Requirements: To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting individuals in a care setting.
- Experience in leading teams within a social care environment.
- To have or be working towards your SVQ Level 3.
- A full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
