Customer Operations Travel Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Operations Travel Coordinator to join our team at Antella Travel Recruitment.

About the Role:

  • Support a small team in providing operational and administration support to clients and colleagues.
  • Ensure all bookings are correct and complete before invoices and itineraries are dispatched.
  • Liaise with suppliers to fulfill all booking requests, managing stop sales, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Responsible for pre-departure customer issues, changes to holidays, and other related tasks.
  • Lead the team and oversee tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, support, or operations within the travel industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
