Job Title: Apprentice Coordinator

Job Purpose:

The Contracts and Purchasing team at Miki Travel Limited is responsible for sourcing hotel accommodations across Europe for both group bookings and individual leisure travellers (FIT). This role is focused on delivering comprehensive administrative support to the team, with an emphasis on maintaining and optimizing departmental data.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contract Data Management: Accurately inputting large volumes of contract data, including rates, conditions, and allotments, across various systems.
  • Collaboration with Contract Managers: Collaborating with Contract Managers to verify the precision and completeness of contract details.
  • Inventory Management: Managing inventory by negotiating additional stock or closures as needed.
  • Flexibility: A flexible approach to meet the demands of the role.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

  • Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Hotel Operations Experience: Hotel Operations experience or Degree in Travel & Tourism would be an advantage.
  • Software Skills: Knowledge of Google or Microsoft Suites.
  • Additional Language: A European language (other than English) would be an advantage.
