Job Title: Graduate Manufacturing Engineer

At Corza Medical, we are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and modifying products, equipment, and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate chemical equipment and processes to optimize performance and ensure compliance with customer requirements, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes.
  • Assess chemical hazards posed by production materials and their impact on final products.
  • Perform laboratory studies and test proposed processes in small-scale operations.
  • Design measurement and control systems for chemical plants based on laboratory experiments and pilot plant operations.
  • Risk manage and evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare project and production cost estimates and progress reports.
  • Monitor performance of processes throughout production stages to determine control over variables.
  • Present changes to operations or materials to customers to satisfy regulation, quality, and sales considerations.
  • Design and implement a site validation strategy and system to ensure compliance with ISO13485 and/or 21CFR820 standards.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex work instructions, documents, and safety rules.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence to regulatory requirements.
  • Skilled in managing complex engineering projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in team situations and independently with minimal supervision.
