The Amazon TA team is seeking a skilled, customer-focused Senior Seller Relationship Manager to contribute to the evolution of our 3P Heavy and Bulky sector.

This position provides the chance to foster success for some of the most significant Sellers of Heavy and Bulky items, while managing large-scale, high-impact initiatives across various internal teams within the UK and EU.

The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills and possess a proven history of effective account management and project oversight, adeptly balancing multiple initiatives with competing timelines, and leveraging data to pinpoint and prioritize opportunities.

They should be a self-motivated, customer-centric individual with a flair for independent, innovative problem-solving.

Analytical, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and possessing strong writing capabilities, they should be able to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders at various organizational levels, and lead documentation efforts for senior management.

They must be able to comprehend a business/process from diverse viewpoints (Selling Partner, Customer, Retail, Brand, and Compliance) and propose solutions that harmonize the needs of all parties involved.

The Senior Seller Relationship Manager will have several key responsibilities within the 3rd party Marketplace segment, including:



Selling Partner Management:

Identify and cultivate new Seller partnerships, managing some of Amazon's most prominent Selling Partners to achieve and surpass their business goals while enhancing the overall Seller Experience through data-driven insights and narratives.



Complex Project Management:
Oversee a range of projects aimed at driving growth and enhancing both Customer Experience and Seller Experience for Heavy and Bulky products. Collaborate with technical and central teams to introduce new offerings and drive automation and scalability.

The successful Senior Seller Relationship Manager must:



  • Manage strategic Selling Partner relationships, engaging with senior stakeholders (both internal and external).
  • Develop business strategies for new opportunities and execute project plans for the rollout of new features and initiatives.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Selling Partner and end-customer requirements and utilize that knowledge to influence product roadmaps and priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders while adhering to tight deadlines for high-visibility projects.
  • Present innovative ideas and drive stakeholder teams to support them, seeking improved methods to achieve our objectives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in positioning and selling innovative solutions to both new and existing customers and market segments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in identifying trends and needs to enhance an already established large-scale technology deal.
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on acquiring new business.
