The International Seller Growth organization is dedicated to developing innovative solutions, encompassing software platforms and applications that drive demand generation, customer acquisition, seller integration, customer relationship management, and order management functionalities. These are essential tools that empower sellers worldwide to effectively manage their online businesses on Amazon.
We are seeking a talented Senior User Experience Designer who will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering (science & tech), and other product and business teams across Amazon. Your mission will be to help our Sellers navigate compliance requirements as they conduct business on our platform.
The ideal candidate is a passionate yet pragmatic visionary who can gather and synthesize customer data, behaviors, motivations, and preferences to propose groundbreaking solutions. You excel at combining qualitative and quantitative data and practices, crafting compelling narratives that illuminate your findings.
You are responsive, adaptable, and thrive in an open and collaborative peer environment. Furthermore, you possess a global perspective and experience leveraging diverse market and customer needs, effectively educating core product and business teams with this valuable knowledge.
In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with business stakeholders, software engineers, and product teams to deliver complex, high-quality, scalable products deployed globally.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify seller needs and design intuitive solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Collaborate with the product team to develop comprehensive high-level requirements.
- Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors.
- Develop and maintain meticulous user interface and interaction specifications.
- Present and defend design recommendations to partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership for review, feedback, and approval.
- Work closely with Tech teams to ensure a seamless implementation of designs, making strategic tradeoffs when necessary without compromising the core user experience.
- Measure the success and effectiveness of your proposed designs.
