Global UX Design Lead for Seller Growth Solutions

Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) - D67 is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our International Seller Services team. This is a unique opportunity to apply modern technologies to solve complex challenges in one of Amazon's fastest-growing businesses.
The International Seller Growth organization develops solutions that drive demand generation, customer acquisition, seller integration, customer relationship management, and order management functions necessary for sellers worldwide to manage their business online at Amazon.
Responsibilities- Identify seller needs and design delightful solutions with measurable impact.
- Work with product teams to develop high-level requirements.
- Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors.
- Develop and maintain detailed user interface and interaction specifications.
- Present and defend design recommendations to partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership for review, feedback, and approval.
- Work with Tech teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs and make tradeoffs when needed while not compromising on core experience.
- Measure the success and effectiveness of proposed designs.
- Experience delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity.
- Experience acquiring user data and creating personas and journey maps.
- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or similar.
- Online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns across desktop and mobile devices.
- Extensive experience as UX designer or interaction designer experience.
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows.
- Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature.
- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards.
