Job Overview

Warrens is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Customer Service Coordinator to join our supportive team on a full-time permanent basis.

Compensation: £27,456 per annum.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

In the role of Lead Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers, including communication regarding orders as necessary. This position will involve managing customer returns daily and providing administrative support to various teams across the organization as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facets of Customer Relations via phone and email.
  • Provide assistance to the broader customer service team.
  • Oversee the customer service inbox.
  • Supervise the claims inbox.
  • Maintain and update the claims register.
  • Address financial claims inquiries.
  • Resolve issues, particularly related to claims and delivery discrepancies, while assisting customers with their inquiries.
  • Support the training and development of team members.
  • Generate and distribute KPI reports to the organization as required.
  • Perform any additional tasks deemed necessary.
  • Prepare credit approval requests for the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport.
  • Proficient in computer applications with a solid understanding of MS Office.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to demonstrate a high level of proficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work to meet the business's needs, especially during peak periods.
  • Able to adhere to tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
