At Assets and Investments, we are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Regional Property Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the management of commercial properties across our Southern Region, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of property maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing property life cycle plans to maximize asset value
- Managing inspection and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Generating reports using MS Office tools to track property performance and identify areas for improvement
- Providing operational budgeting and forecasting to support business decision-making
