Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Oversight: Supervise students during instructional periods when regular teachers are unavailable, ensuring adherence to the instructions provided by the teacher.
- Enforce Classroom Conduct: Utilize effective classroom management techniques to foster positive behaviour and maintain a structured learning environment.
- Facilitate Student Engagement: Provide assistance to students with their assignments as necessary, offering guidance and motivation to help them reach their academic objectives.
- Track Student Development: Monitor student participation and progress during lessons, reporting any issues to the appropriate staff members.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate with teaching staff regarding lesson plans, student requirements, and any challenges that arise during supervision.
- Professional Development: Participate in training opportunities to enhance your skills as a Classroom Management Specialist and contribute positively to the educational community.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
- Prior experience working with children or adolescents is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Capability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- A genuine interest in education and fostering student growth.

All quoted pay rates will include statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of a permanent role in the future.
