Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled German speaking customer service representative to join our growing multilingual team based in Dunfermline. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our European clients, handling pre-sale activities, and supporting customers throughout the lifetime of their contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product operation and configuration
  • Manage sales and service requests, including order management and contract administration
  • Effectively manage customer complaints and enquiries related to service and products
  • Coordinate planning of customer equipment installations and servicing visits with field service colleagues
  • Work with logistics and supply chain teams to drive open back orders to delivery, in accordance with customer SLAs
  • Maintain accurate customer and product records throughout the sale or rental period
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to add value at every opportunity
  • Communicate detailed information to customers and internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an international customer service/operations or logistics environment is essential
  • Fluent German language speaker
  • Total commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks across several business systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to challenge others to deliver exceptional service to customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving ability and significant commercial awareness
  • Good interpersonal skills with a consultative communication style
  • Good PC skills (MS Office applications)
