We are seeking a highly skilled Group Risk Administrator to join our team at Mulberry Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Sales Consultants in the Group Risk specialism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth running of assigned client portfolios on a day-to-day basis.
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with Group Risk Sales Executives, Clients, and Insurers at all levels.
  • Be the first point of contact for day-to-day administration from clients, providers, and other internal and external sources.
  • Respond to queries from clients and insurers in a proactive manner, meeting agreed SLAs and keeping all parties updated.
  • Coordinate administration of schemes, including invoicing, accounts, client queries, claims, underwriting, rehabilitation support services, and communication materials.
  • Proactively initiate and manage the gathering of all relevant data for each client's scheme renewal and ensure accuracy at all times.
  • Prepare template client reports as requested by the Group Risk Sales Consultant.
  • Ensure that any correspondence received and issued is checked for discrepancies and challenged as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Experience/knowledge in Group Risk Policies, Group Income Protection, Group Life Insurance, Group Critical Illness, Employee Benefits, or Group Death in Service Pension.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
