About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Junior People Partner. As a key member of our People team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our people plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and embed cyclical activity within the people plan to create a great colleague and line manager experience.
  • Drive business change initiatives and facilitate leadership development programmes.
  • Analyse functional people data to develop strategic people plans.
  • Measure success by addressing people challenges, improving colleague engagement, implementing business change initiatives effectively, and delivering on people metrics.

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent combination of HR generalist knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyse data and track progress.
  • Proven track record of delivering people plans and driving positive change projects.
