Your new company, one of the UK's largest construction companies, is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team as a Head of People. This is an exciting opportunity to drive organisational change and develop frameworks to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the people strategy across operational and functional teams
  • Implement change within the organisation
  • Develop frameworks and build workshop activities
  • Offer beneficial support across multiple branches and brands
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a HR business partner in a multi-site complex commercial environment
  • Demonstrable experience in partnering with stakeholders at all levels to drive organisational change
  • Ability to support and influence teams in achieving their goals
  • In-depth knowledge of HR systems, ideally Workday, and HR best practice, and employment law
