About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Officer to join our team at Arguile Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing export contracts, negotiating with clients, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Oversee the full life cycle of export contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and managing agreements from inception to completion.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Negotiation: Engage in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions while mitigating risks.
  • Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including legal and finance, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of contracts.
  • Travel: Occasionally travel to the US to engage directly with clients and attend meetings or conferences.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in commercial contract management within the aerospace industry, with a focus on export contracts.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and drafting skills, with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of commercial terms.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and export regulations, particularly in relation to the US market.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
  • Flexibility: Ability to travel to the US occasionally as required.
