About the Role

Mrs. Alice is thriving during an exciting period of expansion where customer satisfaction is paramount. This role will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing the online customer experience. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, a deep understanding of customer behavior, and a commitment to continuously learning about our customers and improving their journey.

This is a two-month work placement opportunity, ideally full-time, based in our Peterborough office under the guidance of the Ecommerce Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Visual Merchandising: You will contribute to maintaining the website's luxurious visual appeal and ensure every element prioritizes the customer experience. This includes merchandising products effectively, optimizing product sequencing within categories, and ensuring all products have the necessary data and imagery for timely launches.
  • Product Information Management: Your role involves maintaining accurate product records and documentation, assisting with implementing product recommendations, verifying product categorization accuracy, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate data entry for new product uploads. You will also address any data issues reported by other teams.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create formulas for manipulating large datasets.
