Founded in 2011, ECIGW Ltd has grown to become one of the largest online and offline retailers in the UK. We are one of the largest stockists of electronic cigarettes and e-liquids in the UK and Europe, currently supplying more than 600 independently owned vape stores as well as over 80 private white label e-liquid clients. Added to this, we also have over 50 company-owned and franchise stores across the UK.

At ECIGW Ltd, we have created a business model that ensures each department within the company is able to support and complement the other. From our scientists, branding specialists, and designers to our ever-growing eCommerce team, all of whom ensure our products and brand are of the very best quality and delivered. This role is located in our Peterborough office.

You will be a highly driven and motivated individual bursting with creativity, a keen attention to detail, and a master of visual problem solving while keeping a cool head under pressure

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining and growing our social media presence for 10+ brands
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Planning campaigns and product launches
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Create, manage, and report on link-building and content marketing strategies
- Assist in developing engaging online content including articles, blogs
- Forecast growth and report ROI for marketing campaigns.
- Create Marketing Campaigns for 10+ Micro Sites
- Outreach to Influencers and reviewers
- Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and web technologies
- Monitoring competitor’s digital campaigns
- Close dialogue with sales, headquarters and business partners
- Seek new ways to drive traffic to the site and opportunities to increase conversions
- Supporting retail stores and partners with marketing materials

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong organisational, project management, and communication skills with the proven ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritise, work independently, and solve problems, working comfortably under pressure
- Ability to solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment; take initiative to achieve results; meet short deadlines; and maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High levels of self-motivation with a sense of urgency
- Knowledge of the e-cigarette industry
