**Events and Marketing Executive**

**Location of work**: Hybrid: Min 2 days per week in Peterborough Office

**Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

**Salary**: Up to £25,000 pa depending on experience

We are a growing prop-tech business within the lettings industry in need of a Events and Marketing Executive who can connect with our customer base of Letting Agents, Tenants and Landlords through multiple channels including national events, roundtables and webinars.

Hybrid working as standard 2-3 days a week in Peterborough, the 2-3 other days are up to you - remote/wfh, office, the choice is yours

**Main Purpose of the Role**:
You will be the driving force behind the coordination of:

- Successfully managing virtual and in person event strategies that deliver results measured in leads generated, pipeline created, won accounts, and revenue. This could include conferences, exhibitions, seminars, roundtables, webinars and client events.
- Communicating with our team and partners to develop partner marketing campaigns ensuring we are in a position to track and measure the performance.
- Updating Salesforce and internal systems with leads and activities to ensure marketing activity can be measured and the sales team can work effectively from the leads generated.
- Ownership of promotional merchandise for the business & printed content.
- Identifying and promoting The Lettings Hub to industry awards.
- Identifying new opportunities and facilitate bringing ideas to life.
- Interpreting copywriting briefs to understand project requirements.
- Editing and proof-reading copy to ensure there are no spelling or grammar mistakes.
- Producing error free content that follows Company style guidelines / image / tone

**What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role**:
**Knowledge & Experience**:

- Proven experience in events marketing
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator and Outlook
- Property / Lettings industry experience is a bonus

**Qualifications**
- BSc/BA in Marketing, English, Journalism or a related field or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communications
