About the Role

As Mrs. Alice continues to expand, we are seeking a dedicated individual to enhance the customer experience on our digital platform. This role is ideal for someone eager to delve into direct-to-consumer brands, understanding customer behaviors and preferences while striving to improve their online journey. This is a two-month internship, ideally full-time, working closely with the Ecommerce Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising

  • Assist in uploading product assets and merchandising to optimize conversion rates.
  • Organize product sequencing within categories across all pages to enhance user engagement.
  • Ensure timely product launches by maintaining accurate data and imagery.
  • Support the upkeep and enhancement of product attribution for our offerings.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring all key dates are documented.

Product Information Management

  • Maintain precise records and documentation related to eCommerce operations.
  • Contribute to the implementation of product recommendations.
  • Ensure products are categorized correctly on the website.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate data entry for new product uploads.
  • Address data issues reported by other teams promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Excel with the ability to manipulate large datasets using formulas.
  • A proactive and ambitious mindset.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • A willingness to engage and learn actively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for technology, particularly in understanding product data flows and e-commerce software.
  • Flexibility to adapt to multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Initiative in identifying areas for improvement and problem-solving.
  • A curious and empathetic approach, asking insightful questions.
  • Alignment with the brand's vision and values.
  • Experience in UX is a plus, but not mandatory.
