Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and respond to store queries regarding visual merchandising guidelines, graphics, and point-of-sale materials.
- Conduct regular audits and store graphic requests to ensure stores have adequate levels of visual merchandising equipment and graphics.
- Procure and manage graphic and point-of-sale solutions, working with external suppliers to identify cost-effective options.
- Plan and organize graphics and point-of-sale materials for new store openings.
- Update visual merchandising communications and guidelines as directed by the Visual Merchandising Manager.
- Build and maintain relationships with stores and area managers to support retail functions.
- Collaborate with key head office functions, such as creative, design, and marketing, to ensure retail graphics align with brand direction.
- Manage external business relationships efficiently.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stores and area managers.
- Working knowledge and understanding of retail principles and practices.
- Good understanding of print processes and graphic design principles.
- Ability to use initiative and work independently.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency and integrity.
