Our Mission

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our commercial team, who will play a pivotal role in developing strong relationships with clients, expanding our market reach, and achieving exceptional business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and target new clients from the marketplace through effective marketing and prospecting.
  • Establish and manage renewal strategies with clients to maximize renewal success.
  • Ensure clients are correctly and adequately insured for all their insurance exposures and provide expert advice.
  • Liaise with Account and Claims Handlers to complete supporting documentation and maintain client service standards.
  • Support the Division in achieving sales targets and actively cross-sell products from other Divisions.
  • Maintain professional competence by complying with Training and Competence procedures.
  • Seek feedback from clients and respond to feedback received.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in providing specialist advice in the insurance market.
  • Qualified to a minimum of Dip CII.
  • Excellent level of technical insurance skills, to be assessed by regular in-house testing.
  • Client service experience combined with negotiation and broking skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Ability to gather and analyze information from the client.
  • Good understanding of Corporate Governance, financial awareness, and how a business works.
