Job Title: Reward and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward and Benefits Specialist to join our team at VetPartners. As a key member of our People Transformation and Reward Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our People and Reward Plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist support and lead activities for reward and benefit-related subjects.
  • Lead annual cyclic projects, including benefit renewals, P11D, and PSAs.
  • Manage assigned benefits administration, including pensions, life assurance, group income protection, and PMI.
  • Support benefits in kind, including company vehicles and PMI.
  • Prepare data, analysis, and materials to support reward BAU and projects.
  • Coordinate the promotion of VetPartners pensions and benefits.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with external pension providers and a strong understanding of UK pension regulations.
  • Experience in employee benefits management and leading projects, preferably in a large organization.
  • Knowledge of payroll and tax/NI reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
