We are seeking a highly skilled Reward and Benefits Specialist to join our team at VetPartners. As a key member of our People Transformation and Reward Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our People and Reward Plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide specialist support and lead activities for reward and benefit-related subjects.
- Lead annual cyclic projects, including benefit renewals, P11D, and PSAs.
- Manage assigned benefits administration, including pensions, life assurance, group income protection, and PMI.
- Support benefits in kind, including company vehicles and PMI.
- Prepare data, analysis, and materials to support reward BAU and projects.
- Coordinate the promotion of VetPartners pensions and benefits.
- Proven experience working with external pension providers and a strong understanding of UK pension regulations.
- Experience in employee benefits management and leading projects, preferably in a large organization.
- Knowledge of payroll and tax/NI reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, with advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
