Key Responsibilities:
- Employ a variety of analytical tools to evaluate indicators of compromise and produce actionable intelligence.
- Conduct proactive research on emerging threats and create comprehensive threat intelligence deliverables.
- Stay informed about both offensive and defensive strategies, as well as trends in the threat landscape.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance Secureworks' threat intelligence offerings and manage ongoing initiatives.
- Identify gaps in intelligence collection and effectively communicate insights.
Required Skills and Competencies:
A solid understanding of intelligence analysis, along with knowledge in relevant areas such as search technologies, operating systems, malware examination, and incident response methodologies. Strong technical communication and customer service abilities, with a capacity to prioritize tasks and work independently. A genuine passion for information security and commitment to service excellence is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A professional degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity or intelligence analysis.
- Relevant industry certifications such as GCTI, GCIA, or CISSP are advantageous.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and ITIL frameworks is beneficial.
