Job Title: Demand Planning Analyst

Coventry

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planning Analyst to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover. As a key member of our House of Brands & Regional Product Teams, you will play a critical role in coordinating derivative and feature mix plans for Vehicles and Accessory sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasting processes for JLR, utilizing historical data and market inputs to generate reliable forecasts.
  • Collaborate with House of Brands and Regional Product Teams to create centrally assessed derivative and feature mix plans.
  • Lead the analysis and optimization of market inputs to deliver approved market equations for each vehicle programme and model year.
  • Analyze and simplify large data sets to determine recommendations for the business.
  • Deliver and cascade plans, liaising with Supply Chain and Inventory teams on supplier commitments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in demand planning, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret business data.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to work with multiple data sources and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and action tracking abilities, with a willingness to engage with functions in and beyond Commercial.
