We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Demand Planning Analyst. As a key member of our House of Brands & Regional Product Teams, you will be responsible for coordinating derivative and feature mix plans for Vehicles and Accessory sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement forecasting processes to generate accurate forecasts for JLR, utilizing analysis skillsets and critically assessing vehicle and accessory mix plans from internal historical data and external market inputs.
- Collaborate with House of Brands and Regional Product Teams to create centrally assessed derivative and feature mix plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the analysis and optimization of market inputs to deliver approved market equations for each vehicle programme and model year, driving business growth and profitability.
- Analyze and simplify large data sets to determine recommendations for the business, leveraging advanced Excel skills and data visualization techniques.
- Deliver and cascade plans, liaising with Supply Chain and Inventory teams on supplier commitments, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Proven experience in Demand Planning, with a strong analytical mindset and practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business data, forecast, and deliver to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive transformation projects to close.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to work with multiple data sources and provide valuable insights and analysis to stakeholders.
