About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Graduate Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Demand Planning team, you will be responsible for coordinating derivative and feature mix plans for Vehicles and Accessory sales.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain forecasting processes for JLR, utilizing analysis skills to critically assess vehicle and accessory mix plans from internal historical data and external market inputs.
  2. Collaborate with House of Brands and Regional Product Teams to create centrally assessed derivative and feature mix plans.
  3. Lead the analysis and optimization of market inputs to deliver an approved market equation for each vehicle programme and model year.
  4. Analyse and simplify large data sets to determine recommendations to the business.
  5. Deliver and cascade plans, liaising with Supply Chain and Inventory teams on supplier commitments.

Requirements

  1. Experience in Demand Planning is essential, with a strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  2. A strong analytical mindset, experienced in interpreting business data, forecasting, and delivering to stakeholders.
  3. An innovative and creative problem solver who can lead and drive Transformation projects to close.
  4. Strong and proven organisational and action tracking abilities, coupled with a willingness to engage with functions in and beyond Commercial.
  5. Advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and a proven ability to work with multiple data sources and interrogate them to provide valuable insights and analysis to stakeholders.
