Job Title: Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial finance team and contributing to the success of our manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the finance team with month-end reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial reports.
  • Prepare monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports, including preparation and posting of journals, review of GRNI and general ledger entries.
  • Investigate and resolve reconciling items, ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
  • Provide supporting documentation to external auditors as required.
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver daily financial KPIs, ensuring the finance team is aware of positive and negative P&L factors.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, presenting at period-end review meetings with the Finance Director.
Requirements:
  • AAT-qualified or part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Vlookups and Pivot Tables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
