As we embark on an exciting journey to expand our product offerings and solidify our market position, we are seeking 3 x Quality Assurance Test Engineers to join our talented team.

Your Role

We are looking for candidates with backgrounds in medical devices, automotive, or defense/aerospace, as these sectors align well with our operational methodologies.

This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of designing, developing, and executing rigorous testing protocols. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure our products meet high standards of reliability, quality, and compliance.

Your experience in constructing test systems from inception to completion will be invaluable, as will your ability to communicate effectively across departments to gather product specifications and requirements.

Additionally, you will be expected to automate testing processes and contribute to Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) activities, continuously refining your testing methodologies.

Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO and IATF is preferred, as you will work alongside the Quality team to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

As a meticulous individual, you will consistently evaluate your testing systems, seeking enhancements and optimizations while adhering to best practices and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is required. A robust background in test development is essential, encompassing optics, electronics, software, firmware, laser systems, and mechanical components.

You should demonstrate a history of continuous testing, integration, development, tooling, and processes, along with a strong foundation in software automation testing on both Windows and Linux platforms. Proficiency in Python is essential, and experience with PowerShell, C#, C++, and .NET is highly desirable.

Familiarity with testing tools such as Squish, PyWinAuto, Appium, and WinApp driver will be advantageous.
