About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Wellbeing Practitioner - Social Impact Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering community-based initiatives that align with our social impact objectives.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective social programmes, promoting positive change in our community. Your leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to respond flexibly to unexpected demands will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead community-based initiatives that align with our social impact objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective social programmes
  • Implement data collection tools and analyse data to inform programme development
  • Build relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote our social impact
  • Develop and deliver training and development programmes to enhance staff skills and capabilities
  • Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in community development and social programme delivery
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of social science/community development theories and evidence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
