Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Wellbeing Services as the Head of Wellbeing Services. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Making Space and contribute to the growth and development of our Wellbeing offer nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide highly specialist psychological oversight of therapy delivered to people using our Wellbeing Services
- Develop new models of wellbeing interventions
- Clinically supervise/line manage practitioners within our Wellbeing Services and Student Counsellors
- Contribute to audit, research, policy and service development within the areas served by our Wellbeing Services
- Develop and deliver training in psychological therapies for staff working within our rehabilitation services
- Work with the Associate Director of Development and Social Value to grow our wellbeing services offer across our geographical footprint
Requirements
- Professional qualification Registered Nurse Band 8a or above or a professionally recognised qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- Experience of leading the clinical response to senior leaders, board and external commissioners
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to take risks, try new approaches, and continuously seek improvement
