Head of Wellbeing Services Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Wellbeing Services team, providing strategic direction and clinical oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality psychological wellbeing interventions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement new models of wellbeing interventions to meet the needs of our service users.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to practitioners within our Wellbeing Services team.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and processes to ensure the effective delivery of our wellbeing services.
- Work closely with our Associate Director of Development and Social Value to grow our wellbeing services offer across our geographical footprint.
- Travel throughout the area of operations to ensure effective service delivery.
- Professional qualification in a relevant field, such as Registered Nurse Band 8a or above or a professionally recognised qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
- Experience of leading the clinical response to senior leaders, board, and external commissioners.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to take risks, try new approaches, and continuously seek improvement.
