- Deliver training and development programmes to enhance the skills and capabilities of our team.
- Proven experience in community development and social programme delivery.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to unexpected demands.
- Confident presenter and trainer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Professional qualification in community or social science discipline.
- Awareness of current issues affecting community-based working.
- Knowledge of recent and relevant educational legislation.
- Knowledge of social science/community development theories and evidence.
