Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner

Mental Health Matters is a national charity with a long history of delivering high-quality mental health and social care services. We are seeking a skilled Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team and provide high volume low intensity interventions to clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
As a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor client progress, and deliver a range of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) based self-management interventions.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide high volume low intensity interventions to clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression
- Deliver a range of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) based self-management interventions
- Work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor client progress
