Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at Mental Health Matters. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-volume, low-intensity interventions to clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
You will work closely with our clients to deliver a range of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) based self-management interventions, including psychoeducation, behavioural activation, medication management, problem solving, and guided self-help.
