Job Title: Occupational Health Physiotherapist
Location: Remote/Hybrid Working
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (pro rata if part time)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time or Part Time - 22 hours
To provide a leading Occupational Health Physiotherapy Service to clients with the aim of early return to work. This involves a positive bio-psychosocial approach combining functional assessment with evidence-based treatment which is underpinned with excellent clinical care.
The role will provide the following services on a remote basis:
- Triage phone calls
- Supported self-management
- Functional restoration programmes
- DSE & Workplace assessments
The post holder must be able to cover on-site working two days a week 1pm until 9pm, and the rest of the days at home 9am-5pm. This may vary if part time. The post holder must hold a driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, detailed, and appropriate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to employees on a remote or face-to-face basis
- Maintain clinical objectivity and impartiality in line with occupational health guidance
- Deliver effective evidence-based rehabilitation that adheres to national clinical standards
Requirements:
- Clinical Physiotherapy Qualification
- Post-graduate training in Occupational Health/Ergonomics
- Previous experience or an interest in Occupational Health Physiotherapy
