Dedicated Support Worker for Individuals with Learning Disabilities

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users. You'll assist with daily living skills, budgeting, and financial management, fostering independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Providing personalized care and support tailored to individual needs
- Assisting with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Promoting social engagement and community involvement through planned activities and outings
- Collaborating with families and other professionals to develop comprehensive support plans
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual with an SVQ Level 3 qualification in Social Care or a related field. Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities is highly desirable. A strong Christian faith and commitment to our ethos are essential, along with membership with the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and registration with the SSSC.
