The Role: Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Workers. In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering individuals to live their best lives by providing personalized support, fostering independence, and promoting social inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support individuals in accessing community resources and engaging in meaningful activities.
  • Promote a safe and supportive environment for all individuals.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

Applicants must be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) or willing to register within six months of employment. A PVG clearance is also required.
