Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team, working nights to provide exceptional care and support to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered support that promotes the health, wellbeing, and independence of our service users.
- Develop and implement tailored support plans, working collaboratively with our service users, their families, and our multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver high-quality care and support, including personal care, tenancy support, health needs, personal development, and emotional support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our service users' individual plans, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices in care and support.
Requirements
- Qualification in a relevant field, such as social care or healthcare, or a willingness to work towards and successfully complete a relevant qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our service users, their families, and our team.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and sleepovers.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, with a focus on promoting the independence and wellbeing of our service users.
