Accounts Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team at VANRATH. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial function and contributing to the company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with weekly payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees
  • Handle invoice queries and resolve any discrepancies
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure accurate invoicing to clients
  • Assist with expense and mileage claims, and maintain accurate records
  • Manage aged debt to a minimum and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 12 months experience working in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing company
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
