Nixon McQuade is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator on behalf of a leading financial services company. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and eager to contribute to the smooth operation of the company's financial processes.


The Role:

Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Process invoices, payments, and expenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow reporting. Assist with payroll processing and other finance-related administrative tasks. Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities. Liaise with suppliers and clients to resolve billing and payment queries.



The Person:

Previous experience in an accounts administration or account's assistant role. Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
