  • Assist with weekly payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Handle invoice queries and resolve any discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure prompt payment from clients.
  • Assist with expense and mileage claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage aged debt to a minimum, ensuring timely collection and resolution.
  • Perform general accounts administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.

**Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

**Requirements:

  • 12 months experience working in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, as well as taking direction from senior team members.
