Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Supervisor to oversee various electrical projects. This role involves managing installation and maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct all aspects of electrical installation and maintenance.
  • Perform electrical testing and inspections.
  • Identify and resolve faults efficiently.
  • Lead project teams, delegate tasks, and maintain effective communication with management.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Complete necessary certification and documentation for all tasks performed.

General Requirements:
  • Possess a proactive attitude and the ability to engage with clients on-site.
  • Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying work conditions and locations.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in our business management systems.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of work sites upon completion.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, job sheets, and method statements.

Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2.
  • City and Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 (Test and Inspection) Certificate.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations in the workplace.

  • Full driving license required.
  • ECS card necessary.
  • Willingness to work away from home as needed.
