The Role

All aspects of electrical installation and maintenance
Electrical testing and inspecting
Fault finding
Ability to lead projects, delegate tasks to other team members and communicate effectively with project management teams.
Ensuring all works are carried out to the highest standard with exceptional attention to detail.
Complete appropriate certification and job cards for all works carried out
General Requirements

· Must have a good proactive attitude and be able to liaise with clients on site

· Ability to work on their own or as part of a team. A ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to help out other operatives

Be willing to travel nationwide, with occasional stayovers.
To have a flexible approach to work and may be required to work away from time to time.
Complete all necessary administration associated with your role including updates to our business and work management systems.
Work in line with company policies, procedures, and safe systems of work.
You will leave sites in a clean and tidy condition upon completion of works and sending completion photos etc.
Be able to understand technical drawings/schematics, jobs sheets and method statements.
Qualifications (required)

· NVQ Level 3 NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification.

· City and Guilds 2382 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations).

· City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 (Test and Inspection) Certificate.

· An understanding of Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace.

A willingness to work away from home (notice given when required).
Full driving licence

Electrical experience: 5 years (required)
Licence/Certification:

IPAF (preferred)
Enhanced DBS (preferred)
ECS Gold Card (preferred)
SSSTS (preferred)
Work Location: On the road - office is based in Kempston, Bedfordshire MK42 and you will be required to be able to get here once a week for materials etc

Pay: Negotaibel depending on experience

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
