About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Castleholme Lodge, a 20-bed care home providing mental health services for adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to service users, including assisting with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for service users.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
  • Participate in ward rounds and contribute to the analysis of service user behaviours, adapting care accordingly.
  • Update patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.

About Castleholme Lodge

Castleholme Lodge is situated in Huddersfield with excellent transport links to the surrounding areas. Our care home is undergoing a complete refurbishment to ensure the best possible environment for service users and staff to thrive in.

  • You must hold a full UK driving license as you may be required to drive the service vehicle as part of your job.
