About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Castleholme Lodge, a 20-bed care home providing mental health services for adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to service users, including assisting with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individual care plans, adapting to changing needs and circumstances.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
  • Participate in ward rounds, analysing behaviours and updating patient records to ensure accurate and effective care.
  • Support service users in achieving their recovery goals, promoting independence and autonomy.
