About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Castleholme Lodge, a 20-bed care home providing mental health services for adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to service users, including assisting with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
  • Participate in ward rounds and contribute to the development of individual care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
  • Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Contribute to the overall well-being of service users, promoting independence and dignity.
