Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with mental health conditions to lead a valued and fulfilled life
  • Utilize your previous experience as a Support Worker/Care Worker to provide person-centered care

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and their families
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience as a Healthcare Assistant in the UK
  • Strong empathy and a caring and compassionate nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
