HR Business Partner

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources professional to provide HR leadership to our UKI organization. This role will serve as the HR Business Partner to the country leadership as well as the Kyndryl corporate organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strong and proactive leadership to address opportunities related to reskilling and talent management, organizational development, culture development, labour strategy, and diversity & inclusion.
- Develop HR strategies that support business objectives and growth in the country.
- Contribute to the Global HR team and develop HR talent at the country level.
- A proven HR generalist with experience and wisdom as an HR generalist and proven track record of success, ideally having worked in a technology environment.
- Translation of global strategies into local in-country human capital plan.
- Relationship building and influencing, including building authentic relationships and garnering influence as a key thought partner.
- People leadership, including being a magnet for talent and demonstrating evidence of building high performing and diverse teams.
